## Description

**Key Responsabilities**

-   Record and manage CAPEX transactions, including depreciation and asset disposal processes.
-   Monitor, reconcile, and maintain fixed asset records.
-   Manage accounting processes related to rents and condominium expenses.
-   Record and reconcile taxes and support tax compliance activities.
-   Prepare and submit SAF-T files.
-   Prepare internal control reports and management support reports.
-   Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
-   Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures.
-   Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and administrative matters.

## Requirements

-   Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles.
-   Experience with fixed assets accounting (CAPEX).
-   Knowledge of rent and condominium accounting processes is an advantage.
-   Understanding of taxation and statutory reporting obligations.
-   Strong Excel skills.
-   Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
-   High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-   Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
