This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and customer service, eager to assist clients with their inquiries in both Icelandic and English.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding digital products and services, troubleshooting, and account management.
-   Effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-   Stay informed about current digital solutions offered by the enterprise to provide accurate assistance.
-   Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
-   Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
-   Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology sector.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
-   Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
