Job Summary  
We are seeking a passionate and talented **Disease Area Manager** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-   The disease area manager will lead a  team of Oncology/Hematology disease area specialists , drives sales and market share growth in all Public, semi-public, and private sectors,
-   Ensure strong execution of brand strategies and field excellence across assigned territories
-   Expands market share and ensures the flawless execution of the  portfolio strategic plans across all channels.  
-   Build impactful partnerships with all stakeholders/accounts to expand market presence
-   Analyze performance metrics and market dynamics to identify and act on growth opportunities.
-   Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial success and full compliance.
-   Assign territories, targets, and achievements timely on Matrix as per company guidance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine)
-   2-3 years of experience in people management in specialty lines.
-   Oncology experience is a plus.
-   Strong communication, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills. and interpersonal skills.
-   A self-motivated professional with passion for healthcare and drive to improve patient care in a competitive sales environment.
