## Description

**Registered Care Home Manager**

**£45,000 - £55,000**

**Delphi Care Solutions** are working in partnership with an established and growing care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for one of their residential services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to take ownership of a well-supported service and play a key role in driving quality, compliance and positive outcomes for the people it supports.

We're looking for a strong leader who understands what great care looks like, can build and develop high-performing teams, and has the confidence to lead a service through its next stage of growth and development.

Whether you're an established Registered Manager seeking a new challenge or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into a registration role, we'd love to hear from you.

**The Role**

As Registered Manager, you will:

-   Ensure the service operates in line with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
-   Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team
-   Maintain high standards of care, quality and safeguarding
-   Oversee recruitment, training, supervision and performance management
-   Manage budgets, staffing levels and service performance
-   Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders
-   Drive continuous improvement across the service

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For**

**Experience & Qualifications**

-   NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
-   Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
-   Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
-   Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
-   Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
-   Full UK Driving Licence
