### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients.
-   Assist customers with order inquiries, issue resolution, and product information.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
-   Stay informed on company products, policies, and industry trends through ongoing training.

## Requirements

-   A native-level of fluency in Dutch and a B2-level of fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Previous experience in customer care or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time-management skills.
-   Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
-   Currently residing in Greece and authorized to work remotely.
