## Description

As a **Customer Logistics Support Specialist**, you'll play an essential role in helping customers throughout their delivery journey. This is more than a traditional customer service role – you'll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain operations while working closely with transport, warehouse, and delivery teams.

**What You’ll Do**

• Provide customer support for shipment and delivery enquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Track parcels, investigate delivery issues, and coordinate resolutions with operational teams

• Manage customer cases, delivery amendments, and records while ensuring timely, professional service

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

-   Strong communication skills in **English (B2) and German (C1)**

-   Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
