## Description

**Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker –Full-Time**

**Job Type:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM  
**Salary:** **$115,000 - $120,000** per year

Help bridge the gap in mental health care by delivering therapy services through a seamless virtual platform. This role offers licensed clinicians the chance to work remotely, providing essential support while we manage all administrative responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct virtual assessments and create tailored treatment plans
-   Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
-   Help clients navigate personal challenges and mental health concerns
-   Ensure timely documentation and case management
-   Connect clients with appropriate community services and resources

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work
-   Active LICSW license in Iowa
-   Previous experience in telehealth, outpatient, or clinical settings preferred
-   Knowledge of trauma-informed care and client advocacy
-   Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
