## Description

Our client, a leading multinational microfinance institution, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support their CEO for a 3 month period. The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring effective management of their schedule, communications, and engagement. This role demands discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, including travel arrangements both domestic and international.
-   Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
-   Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
-   Assist with the preparation and management of board meetings and executive-level events.
-   Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
-   Coordinate logistics for strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by the CEO.
-   Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
-   Support relationship management with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
-   Assist in putting together high-level board packs, confidential financial reports, and strategic presentations. Take precise minutes during board and management meetings.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
-   Minimum of 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives in multinational organizations.
-   Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
-   Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
-   Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
-   Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
-   Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures.
-   Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
-   Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
