## Requirements

### **General Job Requirements**

-   Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
-   Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program
-   Active or eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Ohio
-   Strong clinical and surgical skills in general ENT procedures
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
-   Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous professional development
