**About the role :**  
We are looking to hire skilled Agronomists to support farmers through audio/video calls and chat  
by providing accurate and practical farming guidance. The role also involves reviewing crop  
calendars and suggesting improvements.  

**Key Responsibilities**  
● Handle farmer interactions via audio calls, video calls, and chat.  
● Provide expert agronomy guidance based on crop and regional requirements.  
● Review crop calendars, identify errors, and suggest appropriate fertilizers, pesticides,  
and practices.  
● Ensure high-quality support and resolution for farmer queries.  
● Work in rotational shifts (mandatory).  

**Required Skills**  
● Strong Agronomy knowledge  
● Good communication skills  
● Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (mandatory)  
● Working knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Google Drive  
● Ability to multitask efficiently  
● Understanding of state-specific cropping patterns  

**Qualifications**  
● B.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture, **Or**  
● B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture or related field **Or**  
● MBA in Agribusiness Management,  

**Experience**  
● Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience  
● Experience equivalent to an Agri Advisor / Customer Support role in the agriculture  
domain preferred  

**Additional Notes**  
● Candidates should be comfortable handling farmer-facing roles  
● Immediate joiners will be preferred
