## Description

Position : Estimator

Salary : Up to $2,700 AUD per month

Working Hours & Conditions : Australian Hours

Holidays : Public holidays in AU

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for Australian construction projects.
-   Review architectural, structural, and shop drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
-   Perform digital take-offs using Bluebeam Revu.
-   Estimate PVC wall systems, including materials, accessories, and installation requirements.
-   Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
-   Prepare tender submissions, bills of quantities (BOQs), and pricing schedules.
-   Identify project risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities during the estimating process.
-   Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to clarify project requirements.
-   Maintain estimating databases, cost libraries, and historical pricing records.
-   Ensure estimates comply with Australian building standards, project specifications, and company procedures.
-   Assist with post-tender clarifications and handover to the project delivery team.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as an Estimator for Australian construction projects.
-   Strong knowledge of Australian construction practices and tendering processes.
-   Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for quantity take-offs and document markups.
-   Experience estimating PVC wall systems or similar interior wall/cladding products.
-   Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
-   Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
