As an Online Shopping Advisor, you will assist French-speaking customers throughout their online shopping journey, ensuring a delightful and smooth shopping experience.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Engage with French-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone to assist with their online shopping inquiries.
-   Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
-   Effectively manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges.
-   Listen to customer needs and offer tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
-   Keep up to date with products, promotions, and company policies to relay accurate information.
-   Document all customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
-   Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Experience in customer service, particularly in the online retail or e-commerce industry.
-   Strong interest in e-commerce and understanding of online shopping behaviors.
-   Ability to connect with customers and provide empathetic and efficient support.
-   Familiarity with customer service platforms and e-commerce software.
-   Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
-   A positive and proactive team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
