**Responsibilities:**

**Network Expansion & Onboarding**

-   Lead the onboarding and integration of new partner clinics onto the startup’s platform.
-   Design and oversee the clinic due-diligence, contracting, and launch processes to ensure operational readiness.
-   Develop playbooks for scaling from pilot to national footprint, maintaining quality and consistency.

**Operational Excellence**

-   Establish and manage SOPs across the clinic network covering patient flow, program execution, and data reporting.
-   Monitor clinic performance metrics including throughput, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction.
-   Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks through data-driven problem-solving and process design.

**Program Development & Doctor Engagement**

-   Collaborate with clinicians to co-design preventive health programs and pilot new interventions.
-   Create engagement structures to ensure doctor participation, feedback collection, and performance incentives.
-   Ensure clinical operations are aligned with patient-centric standards and regulatory requirements.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

-   Work closely with Growth, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless program execution.
-   Align operational design with marketing and procurement strategies to deliver consistent patient and clinic experiences.

**Leadership & People Management**

-   Build and lead regional operations and clinic success teams.
-   Create a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and excellence in service delivery.
-   Oversee training, performance evaluation, and capability building across the operations function.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   10–12 years of experience in healthcare operations, network management, or scaling multi-location service delivery models.
-   Proven ability to build and manage high-performing operational teams across diverse geographies.
-   Experience in clinic operations, hospital administration, or healthcare services (e.g., diagnostics, outpatient care, or wellness networks) preferred.
-   Strong background in process design, quality control, and performance monitoring for distributed partner networks.
-   Demonstrated experience working with clinicians and healthcare professionals to co-develop programs and improve patient outcomes.

**Skill Set**

-   Deep operational rigor with the ability to translate business goals into scalable systems and standard operating procedures.
-   Expertise in building data-driven dashboards and operational metrics to track clinic performance, utilization, and patient engagement.
-   Strong understanding of compliance, patient experience management, and healthcare delivery standards.
-   Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and supply teams to ensure seamless clinic experience and program adoption.
