We are looking for customer focused, hands-on people to join our growing team at Culligan Harvey. This is an excellent career opportunity to become part of a dynamic organisation while playing a key role in maintaining and supporting water softener systems in our customers’ homes.

As an Arc Care Technician you will visit customer homes carrying out annual servicing, water softener health checks, filter replacements and salt deliveries ensuring our customers consistently receive the highest standard of service and support. Alongside this, you will be supported by robust training programmes and clear career pathways to enable you to achieve your goals!

**Core Role & Responsibilities:**

-   Carry out water softener health checks and minor repairs
-   Service and replace water filters as required
-   Deliver salt supplies to customers
-   Provide advice and guidance to customers regarding their water systems
-   Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance
-   Deliver excellent customer service during all customer interactions

**Requirements:**

-   Full UK driving licence
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills
-   Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
-   Physically capable of lifting and handling salt bags (sack barrow provided)
-   Confident in upselling products whilst in customer homes
