## Description

One of our clients is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development & Client Relations Associate to join their growing team in Broward County, Florida. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in business development, client relations, staffing, recruiting, or the software and technology industry.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Support business development initiatives and client outreach efforts
-   Assist with maintaining and growing client relationships
-   Conduct market and prospect research
-   Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities
-   Support recruiting and staffing operations as needed
-   Utilize CRM platforms and other business software tools
-   Collaborate with internal teams on growth and operational initiatives

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms
-   Experience or interest in the software, technology, or staffing industry is a plus
-   Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
-   Ability to work independently and in a team environment
