## Description

Riginos Yachts is looking for an experienced accountant to join our Finance and Accounting Team.  Your responsibilities will include: 

Bank accounts

-   Perform bank reconciliation 
-   Maintain banking relationships and manage bank charges
-   Be responsible for the accurate and timely settlement of payments 

General accounting

-   Review masterdata (incl. chart of accounts)
-   Book journal entries (revenue, accruals, provisions, reclasses)
-   Launch costing transactions and check product valuation 

-   Perform month-end close and the preparation of the monthly reporting requirements 

-   Perform  of the annual financial statements 
-   Budgeting and forecasting

Intercompany

-   Control intercompany netting and settlement (collect receivables)
-   Provide month-end information to accounting (accruals)
-   Responsible for creating and processing invoices for payments
-   Performing payments to suppliers, tax authorities and payroll
-   Deal with queries with regards to unpaid invoices/expense claims, disputed invoices/expense claims, payment cycles, etc
-   Process ad hoc, urgent one off payments as instructed by the Team Leader

## Requirements

In order for your profile to match the accountant position at Riginos Yachts, you need to have the following skills:

-   3-5 years of relevant experience – Working experience in yachting sector will be considered as  a plus 
-   Fluent in English
-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
-   Thorough knowledge of tax legislation
-   Proficiency in accounting Software 
-   Excellent Team work skills 
-   Strong excel skills 
-   High attention to detail , excellent analytical skills and hands on attitude 
-   High standards of discretion and confidentiality
