**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Delaware**

**Location:** Delaware  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

Job Summary

We are looking for an LCSW licensed in Delaware to provide therapy to clients from a remote setting. You’ll work with people facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, and other situations that may be affecting their overall well-being. The role also includes keeping up with your clinical records, recognizing when a client needs more than therapy alone, and working with other providers when added services are involved.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

-   Provide scheduled therapy sessions by video
-   Meet with new clients and gather relevant personal and clinical information
-   Offer psychotherapy based on the concerns discussed in session
-   Keep notes and case records accurate and current
-   Pay attention to changes that may require a different level of support
-   Coordinate with other professionals when a client is receiving additional services
-   Help connect clients with outside resources when appropriate
-   Respond to safety concerns according to established procedures
-   Maintain confidentiality and follow Delaware LCSW requirements

## Requirements

-   Active Delaware LCSW license required
-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
-   Comfortable providing services through telehealth
-   Strong documentation and communication skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
