## Description

99BrightMinds is looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to manage release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation for a large-scale Salesforce program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, source control management, and deployment best practices, supporting multiple development teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

-   Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
-   Manage source control repositories, branching strategies, and release management processes.
-   Administer and maintain Salesforce sandbox environments and coordinate deployments across multiple orgs.
-   Automate testing, validation, and code quality checks within deployment pipelines.
-   Support development teams by troubleshooting deployment and environment-related issues.
-   Implement DevOps best practices to improve deployment reliability, speed, and governance.
-   Monitor release activities and ensure successful delivery of changes across environments.
-   Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders within Agile delivery frameworks.

### Requirements

-   4+ years of DevOps experience, including hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience.
-   Strong experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, and metadata deployments.
-   Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or similar platforms.
-   Strong Git expertise, including GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
-   Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
-   Knowledge of release management, branching strategies, and deployment automation best practices.
-   Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Scaled Agile frameworks.
-   Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Must be based in Jordan, Egypt, or India.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or DevOps-related certifications.
-   Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce programs with multiple development teams.
-   Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and code quality tools.
-   Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps practices.
