## Description

­ - The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting products, and maintaining a positive shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

₋        Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance

₋        Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products

₋        Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques

₋        Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system

₋        Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally

₋        Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness

₋        Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory counts

₋        Follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards

₋        Participate in promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns

## Requirements

₋        High school diploma or equivalent

₋        1 to 2 years of previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
