As a Back Office Gaming Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the gaming operations behind the scenes, ensuring smooth service delivery for our Turkish-speaking players. Join a dynamic team and contribute to providing a seamless gaming experience!

### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide back office support for Turkish-speaking players, handling escalated issues and complex inquiries.
-   Coordinate with different departments to resolve player problems efficiently and effectively.
-   Manage player data, transactions, and account issues securely and accurately.
-   Analyze support tickets and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
-   Maintain detailed records of all interactions and procedures related to player support.
-   Participate in process optimization and implementation of best practices to improve operational efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Turkish is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Experience in back office support or a related role within the gaming industry is preferred.
-   Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with an ability to handle sensitive player information responsibly.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
-   Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support provided.
