## Description

_The Welder will be responsible for performing welding and joining activities as required for various construction projects._

**Your Responsibilities:**

-   Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
-   Prepare materials and set up welding equipment
-   Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
-   Ensure proper weld quality and meet specified standards
-   Inspect work pieces and welds for defects and make necessary adjustments
-   Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools
-   Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
-   Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within specifications
-   Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

## Requirements

**Your Qualifications:**

-   Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
-   Proficient in reading blueprints and welding symbols
-   Strong knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment

**Your Proficiencies:**

-   Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
-   Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
