### Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage the IT technician team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
-   Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and hardware.
-   Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
-   Coordinate with other departments to support technology needs and promote effective communication.
-   Monitor and resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on problem-solving approaches.
-   Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best technology solutions.
-   Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations across all IT operations.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role within a technical environment.
-   Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and system security practices.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
-   Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals.
-   Solid understanding of current IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
-   Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations in an IT context.
-   Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or equivalent.
