We’re looking for a **Machine Operator / Machine Setter** to join our friendly, fast‑paced production team on a **Monday–Friday dayshift**. ### **What You’ll Be Doing**

### Machine Setup & Calibration

-   Set up and calibrate production machinery in line with product specifications
-   Complete safe and efficient machine changeovers

### Routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting

-   Carry out regular machine checks to maintain performance
-   Respond quickly to minor mechanical issues to reduce downtime

### Quality Monitoring

-   Monitor production output to ensure all products meet quality standards
-   Make real‑time adjustments to maintain consistency

### Accurate Record‑Keeping

-   Record machine settings, changes and production data clearly
-   Support quality assurance through accurate documentation

### Team Collaboration

-   Work closely with fellow operators, setters and team leaders
-   Support a positive, smooth‑running production environment

### Training & Safety

-   Assist with training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures
-   Follow all company health, safety and hygiene standards

### **What We’re Looking For**

You’ll excel in this role if you have:

-   Experience as a **Machine Setter**, **Machine Operator**, **Production Operative**, or similar manufacturing role
-   Strong mechanical awareness and a hands‑on approach
-   Good attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
-   Ability to work effectively within a team
-   Reliability and a positive attitude

Experience in food production is helpful but **full training will be provided**.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in machine setting or a similar role within a manufacturing environment preferred.

-   A keen eye for detail to ensure product quality and safety standards.
-   Collaborative spirit and great communication skills to work effectively with the team.
