## Description

Marketing and Client Growth Executive  
  
Key Responsibilities  
  
Marketing – Digital & Traditional  
\- Plan and manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO.  
\- Manage SEM and paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, and budget monitoring.  
\- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and content to support marketing and business objectives.  
\- Support traditional marketing activities where required.  
\- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on results.  
  
Client Engagement & Sales  
\- Research potential clients and understand their business needs.  
\- Engage prospective clients through a consultative approach and develop professional relationships.  
\- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to client onboarding.  
\- Prepare proposals and present AdCendes' services to prospective clients.  
\- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and provide additional services where relevant.  
  
Project Ownership  
\- Manage assigned projects from planning through completion.  
\- Prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects according to deadlines.  
\- Make appropriate decisions within the scope of assigned responsibilities.  
\- Monitor project progress and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes.  
\- Work with relevant team members to resolve issues and keep projects on track.  
  
Requirements  
\- Relevant experience or knowledge in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and website fundamentals.  
\- Experience in client-facing or account management work is an advantage.  
\- Strong communication and presentation skills.  
\- Good organisational and project management skills.  
\- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.  
\- Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned work.  
\- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
