## Description

**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Alaska**

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an LMFT licensed in Alaska to work with individuals, couples, and families. You may be helping a couple work through communication issues, supporting a family during a difficult transition, or meeting with an individual dealing with stress at home. The focus of the role is simple: provide consistent therapy, understand what each client needs, and help them work through the issues bringing them to treatment.

**Responsibilities**

-   Meet with individuals, couples, and families for therapy sessions
-   Talk through relationship, family, and personal concerns
-   Help clients identify goals they want to work on
-   Provide practical guidance and support during sessions
-   Keep notes and client records up to date
-   Review how things are going and make changes when needed
-   Refer clients to other services when appropriate
-   Follow Alaska licensing and professional requirements

## Requirements

-   **Master’s** or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
-   LMFT license in Alaska required.
-   Experience working with a variety of clients.
-   Strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
