This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and possess a strong dedication to providing excellent service to clients and partners.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to commercial vehicles, including specifications, availability, and purchasing processes.
-   Handle order processing, returns, and warranty issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to streamline the customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
-   Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services, along with industry trends.
-   Document customer interactions and effectively communicate feedback to relevant departments for service improvement.
-   Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector, is preferred.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them efficiently.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about commercial vehicles.
