Office Location:  
\- Tai Seng  
  
Salary Range:  
\- $3,000 - $6,000 (commensurate with experience)  
\- Basic Salary + Performance-related pay

Working Hours:  
\- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm  
\- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

\- Construction Sector (A&A / Building Works)  
  
Job Responsibilities:  
\- Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.  
\- Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.  
\- Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.  
\- Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications.  
\- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.  
\- Possess a Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.  
\- Proficient in basic AutoCAD software.  
\- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.  
\- Able to handle construction projects with commitment.  
\- Good communication and written skills.  
\- Proficient in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
