## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Finnish Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position offers paid relocation, providing an excellent opportunity for Finnish speakers to engage in a challenging and rewarding customer service role within a multicultural and dynamic environment.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer support and solutions to Finnish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
-   Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records using CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and deliver comprehensive solutions.
-   Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
-   Offer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience processes.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Experience in customer service, solutions, or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia supported by paid relocation.
