Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading E-Marketplace company, with the unique prospect of living and working in Greece.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries regarding marketplace services, orders, payments, and account management in Dutch.
-   Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, returns, and dispute resolution.
-   Provide clear information about product listings, marketplace policies, and promotions.
-   Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless customer service.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential
-   A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude.
-   Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
