As a Consultant Physician in this specialty, you will lead perioperative anesthesia management, ensuring patient safety and optimizing surgical outcomes through expert clinical care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. This role is ideal for an experienced physician eager to contribute to high-quality patient care in a progressive healthcare environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide expert anesthesia care and perioperative management for patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures.
-   Perform thorough preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia and perioperative care plans.
-   Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care throughout the perioperative period.
-   Manage intraoperative anesthesia administration and monitor patients’ physiological status during surgery.
-   Oversee postoperative recovery, including pain management and complication prevention.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
-   Remain updated on latest advancements and best practices in anesthesia and perioperative medicine.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine.
-   Board certification or equivalent qualification in Anesthesiology.
-   Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
-   Proven experience as a Consultant Physician in anesthesia and perioperative care.
-   Strong clinical skills with ability to manage complex perioperative cases.
-   Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
-   Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to clinical guidelines.
