## Description

Enclave Dubai, founded in 2025, is a Dubai-based brokerage covering residential and commercial, secondary and off-plan property. Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, developer relationships and a client-first approach.

## Requirements

-   Minimum **1 year of experience** in real estate or luxury sales
-   **Previous experience with a Dubai real estate brokerage is mandatory**
-   Proven experience in off-plan property sales and achieving sales targets
-   Strong communication, negotiation and client acquisition skills
-   Knowledge of Dubai developers, projects and payment plans
-   Valid UAE driving license
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
