## Description

**The Role**

We’re seeking a **Project Manager, Client Delivery,** with 2+ years of experience in an agency or corporate setting (pharma/biotech experience is a plus). In this role, you’ll lead projects end-to-end, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum from kickoff through delivery.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
-   Build and manage timelines, workflows, and project plans
-   Collaborate cross-functionally to keep teams aligned and moving forward
-   Translate client needs into actionable plans
-   Proactively identify risks and keep projects on track
-   Ensure every decision support project’s success and client outcome

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

-   Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
-   2+ years of project management experience (agency experience preferred)
-   Pharma or biotech experience is a plus
-   Strong communication and presentation skills
-   Proven ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities
-   Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills
-   High energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach
-   Ability to motivate and guide teams
