## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Italian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content on various social media platforms to ensure it complies with community guidelines and company policies, specifically targeting the Italian-speaking audience. Your work will help maintain a safe and positive online community.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate social media content in Italian to ensure compliance with community standards.
-   Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in Italian.
-   Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company procedures.
-   Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to implement effective content moderation strategies.
-   Stay updated on social media trends, moderation best practices, and policy changes.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Prior experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-   High attention to detail and sound judgment.
-   Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
