## Description

-   Edit high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.
-   Create engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for different platforms.
-   Develop compelling visual stories aligned with brand objectives.
-   Design and produce professional motion graphics, animated assets, visual effects, transitions, titles, and promotional videos.
-   Support the creation of animated product showcases and explainer videos.
-   Conduct product and lifestyle photography when required.
-   Support content creation for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
-   Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance video production workflows and improve creative outputs.
-   Explore emerging AI technologies for content generation, editing, and optimization.
-   Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to execute creative projects.
-   Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
-   Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
-   Minimum 4 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
-   Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
-   Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and creative projects.
-   Excellent understanding of digital content trends and social media platforms.
-   Strong experience with:

-   Adobe Premiere Pro
-   Adobe After Effects
-   Motion Graphics
-   AI-powered creative tools
-   Photography and basic photo editing

-   Experience with 3D Animation using Blender and/or Cinema 4D is a plus.
-   Knowledge of advanced visual effects and animation workflows is preferred.
-   Strong creative thinking, storytelling, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
