## Description

A family based in **Tannay** is looking for a full-time nanny to care for three children aged 2 months, 3 years, and 5 years.

The role focuses primarily on the baby, while also providing a supportive and nurturing presence for the two older children before and after school and activities.

The family is looking for someone with a degree in **early childhood education or teaching**, who is experienced, proactive, and capable of establishing a stable environment, clear routines, and high-quality educational support.

### Responsibilities:

-   Provide daily care for the infant (meals, sleep, hygiene, stimulation)
-   Ensure a safe, calm, and stimulating environment for the baby
-   Manage the routines of all three children in a structured and consistent manner
-   Support the children in their daily and developmental activities
-   Offer age-appropriate activities
-   Supervise the children with kindness while setting clear boundaries
-   Ensure educational continuity in collaboration with the parents
-   Participate in general organizational tasks related to the children

## Requirements

-   Valid EU passport or Swiss work permit
-   Degree in early childhood education, education, or teaching (strongly preferred)
-   Proven experience with infants and multiple young children
-   Good knowledge of or interest in Montessori pedagogy
-   Active, organized, and self-reliant individual
-   Ability to establish solid routines and manage multiple children
-   Firm yet caring educational approach
-   Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility
-   Language: fluent in French or English
-   Driver’s license: a plus
