## Requirements

**To succeed in this role, you should:**

-   **Bring relevant experience** — either at least one year in a high‑performing sales environment (Real Estate, Automotive, Recruitment, etc.) or experience in a premium service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail.
-   **Be fluent in English**.
-   **Hold a valid driving license**.
-   **Demonstrate a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset**.
-   **Excel in fast‑paced, competitive, and supportive environments**.
-   **Show strong communication and negotiation abilities**.
-   **Display resilience and a commitment to achieving results while building long‑term client relationships**.
