## Description

Greenvolt is looking for an **Accounts Payable Specialist** to join our Accounting team, where you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Department in the accounting and financial management of the group's companies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

-   Checking that invoices are processed correctly, in accordance with specific documentation and group policy; 

-   Ensuring that current accounts are up to date and reconciled; 

-   Validate and process expenses incurred by employees in accordance with the timings defined; 

-   Monitoring reports on the expenses process; 

-   Supporting the other areas of the department.

## Requirements

Profile: 

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Administration or similar; 

-   Professional experience in a similar role; 

-   Knowledge of accounting and taxation; 

-   Knowledge of SAP (preferred); 

-   Knowledge of English; 

-   Team-oriented; 

-   Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced international business environment.
