## Description

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive Product Manager Intern to gain hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Customer Success, and Sales teams to build products that solve real customer problems while learning modern product mana

## Requirements

**Product Discovery**

• Talk to customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points.

• Conduct competitor research across identity security and cybersecurity products.

• Analyze customer feedback and convert it into actionable insights.

• Identify product opportunities through market research.

**Product Execution**

• Write user stories.

• Break down features into engineering-ready requirements.

• Define acceptance criteria and edge cases.

• Prioritize bugs and feature requests.

• Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

**Product Operations**

• Validate new features before release.

• Perform exploratory testing and regression testing.

• Track releases and maintain product documentation.

• Prepare release notes and product requirement documentation.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, QA, Customer Success, and Sales.

**Product Analytics**

• Monitor feature adoption and customer usage.

• Build dashboards and track product KPIs.

• Analyze user behavior and identify improvement opportunities.

• Define and monitor success metrics for new features.

• Generate reports for product reviews.

**AI & Automation**

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate research, documentation, and analysis.

• Build internal AI workflows to improve product operations.
