## Description

Müller's Solutions is seeking a dynamic IT Technical Trainer for a short-term assignment of 2 weeks. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training sessions to our clients and employees, focusing on IT systems, software, and best practices. You will need to create a positive learning environment and ensure that participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use IT tools and technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare and deliver engaging IT technical training sessions tailored to the audience's skill level.
-   Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and exercises.
-   Assess participants’ understanding through evaluations and provide feedback.
-   Provide hands-on training on various IT systems, software applications, and tools.
-   Answer participants’ questions and address any technical issues during training sessions.
-   Collaborate with the IT team to stay updated on new technologies and incorporate them into training.
-   Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Proven experience as an IT Technical Trainer or similar training role.
-   Strong knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and related technologies.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-   Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
-   Experience developing training materials and conducting hands-on sessions.
-   Flexibility and adaptability to work within a short-term contract (2 weeks).
-   Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Certifications in IT training or relevant technical areas (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer).
-   Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
-   Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
-   Previous experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
