**Sacramento | 13-Week Contract OR Permanent Placement | Competitive Compensation**

-   $62-$65/hr, DOE
-   13-week contract OR Perm | ASAP start
-   36 hours/week | Full-Time
-   SNF setting

### **Requirements**

-   Active CA PT license required
-   SNF experience required
-   Strong clinical and documentation skills
