## Description

As a **Farmers Insurance Agency Producer,** you will work closely with a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner to help grow the agency through sales, marketing, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to build a career in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and supporting the agency's overall growth objectives.

\- **Sales Generation:** Proactively prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

\- **Insurance Solutions**: Present and sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance, to meet the needs of clients.

\- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their ongoing insurance needs.

\-**Quoting & Policy Writing**: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage, and complete the policy issuance process.

\- **Client Retention**: Review policies with existing clients, offer policy upgrades, and ensure renewals are handled smoothly.

\- **Marketing & Community Outreach**: Participate in local marketing initiatives and community events to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.

\- **Administrative Support**: Assist the agency owner with administrative tasks such as managing client files, handling billing inquiries, and processing claims.

## Requirements

\- **Licensing:** Must be willing to obtain state insurance licenses (auto, home, life, etc.). Farmers will provide guidance and support in obtaining these licenses.

\- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals (insurance sales experience is a plus).

\- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain insurance products and build rapport with clients.
