## Description

We are seeking a full-time **Medical Billing Specialist** with experience in **mental health billing**. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Experience with cash posting, medical records management, and claims follow-up is required.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform **cash posting** and accurately apply payments to patient accounts.
-   Handle **claims follow-up** for denied, rejected, or unpaid claims.
-   Review and maintain **medical records** and billing documentation.
-   Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and discrepancies.
-   Ensure accurate and timely billing processes while maintaining compliance standards.
-   Maintain organized patient and billing records within the system.
-   Assist with resolving billing issues and payment discrepancies.

## Requirements

-   Experience in **mental health medical billing** required.
-   Strong background in **cash posting, claims follow-up, and medical records management**.
-   Familiarity with **Credible EHR** is a plus, but not required.
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
