## Description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a proficient German-speaking Customer Service Representative in Greece to support a leading social media platform. In this important entry-level role, you will support German-speaking users by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to enhance their platform experience.

Your fluency in German will be critical to effectively communicate with users, manage their concerns, and contribute to a positive community environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure user satisfaction and continuous improvement of our platform services.

### Responsibilities

-   Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries and concerns in German via various communication channels
-   Assist users with account issues, content moderation, and platform navigation
-   Document all interactions accurately using CRM and support tools
-   Collaborate with technical and content teams to resolve complex issues
-   Provide feedback and insights from user interactions to improve platform features and policies
-   Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to deliver informed support

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
-   Previous experience in customer support or social media platforms is preferred
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage
-   Passion for social media and digital communities
