### **Role & Missions**

### **Test Bench Development & Instrumentation**

-   Develop and maintain electronic test benches and measurement equipment
-   Define instrumentation setups for accurate and repeatable validation
-   Ensure test environments reflect real-world operating conditions

### **Electronic Validation & Testing**

-   Validate electronic boards (functional, thermal, EMI/EMC, power consumption)
-   Define test procedures, protocols, and acceptance criteria
-   Ensure reliability and consistency of validation results

### **Failure Analysis & Debugging**

-   Diagnose faults and analyze electronic failures at board and system level
-   Perform root-cause analysis and support corrective actions
-   Work closely with hardware teams to resolve issues efficiently

### **Test Automation & Production Support**

-   Develop automated test systems and validation tools for production
-   Support scaling from prototype to production testing workflows
-   Improve test coverage, efficiency, and repeatability

### **Compliance & Standards**

-   Ensure compliance with applicable standards (CE, EMI/EMC, electrical safety)
-   Support certification and qualification processes
-   Maintain validation records and traceability

### **Design Collaboration & Reliability**

-   Collaborate with design teams to improve reliability and testability
-   Provide feedback on design for validation and manufacturability
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of electronic systems

## Requirements

### **Candidate Profile**

You are an Electrical Engineer with strong experience in testing and validating embedded electronic systems. You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and driven by ensuring system reliability in real-world conditions.

-   Experience in electronic testing and validation (functional, thermal, EMI/EMC, power)
-   Experience designing and maintaining electronic test benches and measurement setups
-   Strong debugging and failure analysis skills
-   Experience defining test procedures and acceptance criteria
-   Familiarity with automated testing and production validation tools
-   Good understanding of embedded electronics and system-level constraints
-   Experience with compliance standards (CE, EMI/EMC, electrical safety)

### **Nice to Have**

-   Experience in RF systems or high-frequency electronics
-   Experience in drones, robotics, or defense systems
-   Familiarity with certification processes and regulatory frameworks
-   Experience with lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
-   Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
