## Description

1st shift- $18-20/hr

Shipping Specialist:

This role involves handling **long-format products (up to 26 feet)**, requiring precision in packing, machinery operation, and inventory management. You will be the final point of quality control before our products reach the customer.

Key Responsibilities

-   **Specialized Packing:** Securely box and wrap products using foam, plastic, and protective buffers to ensure zero damage during transit.
-   **Machine Operation:** Efficiently operate automated shrink-wrap machinery and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
-   **Inventory & Rack Management:** Organize and store oversized crates on industrial racks; pull and stage orders accurately for freight pickups.
-   **Logistics & Delivery:** Assist in the loading/unloading of freight trucks.
-   **Quality Assurance:** Verify that incoming and outgoing products perfectly match purchase orders and manifests.
-   **Cross-Department Support:** Maintain a flexible "team-first" attitude with a willingness to cross-train in production or other departments as needed.
