We are currently seeking a Junior Locksmith Technician to join our Winnipeg Service Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a skilled trade. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving mechanical problems, and learning new skills, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Install, service, repair, and maintain commercial locking systems and door hardware.
-   Learn to service mechanical and electronic locks, safes, vaults, and physical security products.
-   Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled customer service visits.
-   Troubleshoot mechanical lock and door hardware issues.
-   Complete service reports using mobile technology.
-   Deliver professional, high-quality customer service at client sites.
-   Follow all company health and safety procedures and industry best practices.
-   Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs.

## Requirements

-   Strong mechanical aptitude.
-   Experience using hand and power tools.
-   Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong communication and customer service skills.
-   Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
-   Valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders and in various commercial environments.
-   Comfortable using smartphones or tablets to complete work orders.
-   Previous experience in locksmithing, construction, maintenance, automotive repair, or another skilled trade.
-   Experience with commercial door hardware.
-   Electronics or low-voltage experience.
-   Experience working in the security industry.
