**What You'll Do:**

-   Supervise and coordinate the nursing care provided to residents on your unit.
-   Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs.
-   Lead a team of nursing staff and ensure they are supported and trained.
-   Conduct regular assessments and follow-up on residents’ health statuses.
-   Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for our residents.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and records to comply with regulatory standards.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Current RN license in Massachusetts.
-   Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a long-term care setting preferred.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to develop and implement care plans effectively.
-   Compassionate approach to nursing and resident care.
-   Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
