## Description

**Position Overview**

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Coordinator who is highly organized to support our sales team, within the medical device industry in our Amsterdam office. We are looking for a colleague who enjoys working with data, is curious about the drivers behind results, and is motivated by new challenges.

In this role, you will support the daily operations of the Sales back office through data management, project coordination, meeting organization, cross-functional communication, and sample management, helping to ensure efficient sales support.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide daily administrative support to the Sales back office
-   Maintain and update sales data and related records
-   Support project management and follow-up tasks
-   Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings
-   Serve as a liaison between the Sales team and other departments
-   Manage product samples and related logistics

## Requirements

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel is a must
-   High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
-   Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Excel VBA/macros, and Power Query is a strong plus
-   Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
-   Ability to analyse data and identify trends and business drivers
-   Positive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn
-   Fluent in English, both written and spoken
-   Understanding of Japanese organizational culture
-   Understanding of the medical device industry

**Experience**

-   Experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar coordination role in an international company
-   Experience in data management, sales analysis reporting, and administrative support
-   Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and other internal departments
-   Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, and project-related tasks
