Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading travel company based in Greece. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries and bookings to ensure a memorable travel experience.

Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, helping them with travel arrangements, answering questions, and resolving any issues they might encounter. You will be an essential part of delivering exceptional service in the dynamic travel industry.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings and inquiries
-   Assist customers in planning, booking, and modifying their travel arrangements
-   Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
-   Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
-   Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services
-   Stay informed about travel industry trends, promotions, and destinations

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is an advantage.
-   Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Passion for travel and helping customers plan their trips.
-   Familiarity with CRM and customer support software is beneficial.
