**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**                       

-   Facilitate Agile Delivery: Plan, schedule, and lead Agile ceremonies while fostering team self‑organization, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
-   Coach and Enable Agile Teams: Coach teams on Agile values, practices, and artifacts using a lean mindset to improve delivery effectiveness and adaptability.
-   Drive Value with Product and Stakeholders: Partner with the Product Owner/service request manager and stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure continuous delivery of business value.
-   Remove Impediments and Accelerate Decisions: Actively identify and remove blockers, reduce decision latency, and enable progress through clear communication and effective influencing.
-   Enable Data‑Driven Improvement and Reporting: Help teams capture and analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and support management decision‑making through relevant metrics and reporting.

## Requirements

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

-   Bachelors Degree required with 10+ years experience **OR**
-   Master’s Degree with 8+ years experience

**REQUIRED SKILLS:**

-   Experience working in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks)
-   Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and data

**SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:**

-   Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and cross‑functional team collaboration
-   Experience partnering with Product Owners, engineering managers, and business stakeholders
